The real estate agency Valors CC is a family business located in Arinsal, where the treatment with the client is much closer and trustworthy. It is managed by Elena Samitier and Carlos Coral Bañeres, API members since 2005.
The most important line of business of Valors CC is the administration of communities of owners, with sales and rentals being other of the most important activities. They are open to providing real estate services to their clients; homeowners in the communities they manage, owners of rental properties and owners who purchase real estate units through their real estate agency.
They currently manage communities in the parishes of La Massana, Ordino, Escaldes and Canillo, providing a service to the more than 350 owners that make up the community managed by VALORS CC.
VALORS CC has a rental portfolio which, although not very large, has an occupancy rate of over 95%. It has long-term contracts, which in winter is increased by seasonal rentals. In this way, we offer rental management oriented towards the loyalty of the tenant and the owner.
The buying and selling of properties is based in Arinsal, but is extended to all the parishes of Andorra.
This is due to the management of Communities in the different parishes which allows us to offer a wide range of response to the demand.
At VALORS CC we take into account that the market also includes an important percentage of foreign consumers of different nationalities; mainly from Spain and Catalonia, English, French and other European countries. That is why we provide a comprehensive and personalised service for clients who have recently arrived in Andorra.
